WHY BOOKING PREVIOUSLY ?

To give us the opportunity to verify the final payment of your reservation, to send you the confirmation mail and to scheduled your booking in our timetable.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING ?

Yes, but under some conditions. If it occurs in
More than 48 H : no  Charges
48H before the arrival date : 10% of the total amount
24 H before arrival date: 50% of total amount
The day of the arrival:100% of the Amount. Your reservation is void, and you will have to pay full fare to the driver to be picked up.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

By credit card online,or by cash to the driver if you’re already in Paris. Anyway; always ask for an invoice after such cash payment, in order to benefits our insurance and warranties.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURED ?

Yes. We are partners with the best secured payment system on the net, PAYPAL Company.
So don’t worry about the security of your pin or your bank data.

MUST THE CHILDREN PAY ?


They don’t if they have less than 3 years. They must be carried on their parents arms during the trip. They have to pay only if the baby seat is used and tied to, and individual seat of the shuttle. Between 3 and ten years, the children (maxi 3) have a discount, and will pay only 12 Euros per seat.

FINDING OUT OUR CREW IN AIRPORTS ?

You can find them by making a phone call to the company as soon as you get out off your plane, or by following instructions given on our website about the meeting points in various Parisian airports.

WHAT IF OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED ?
 
If office closed, just follow instructions given by the phone answering machine, and dial the number that will be furnish to you.


OPENING HOURS ?

Our office open at 7 Am and close at 22h30Pm.
Our Transfers service are opened from 5h30 am to 23h00 pm

HOW MANY FREE LUGGAGE  ?


Two luggages: one handluggage (10 to 15 kg) and a standard sized luggage ( 30kg) .
Any extra luggage is subject to extra fee: 2 € per piece.


WHAT IF FLY DELAYED ?

Call us as soon as possible from your departure airport in order to or to schedule another arrival time, or dial on the company phone at your arrival in order to ask some help from us. Anyway we would do our best to take you at your address, but according to our timetable and possibilities of the company, without any warranty.

ABOUT TIP ?

Tip is free in France .You give Tip only if satisfy by the driving and service given to you by the driver. It is not include in the Invoice.

WHAT AIRPORT DO WE SERVE?


We serve Charles De Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais Airports, but also Parisian railways Stations and Paris proximate suburb areas .We can also drive you to or from Beauvais airport, but at the condition you are a group of more than 7 people.


PICK UP AND DROP OFF

Pick up time is always indicated on the confirmation mail, same as the meeting point. They depend, according to terms and conditions of sales; on the timetable furnished by city to city.
Drop off time depends on the state of the traffic from airport to your address, and on the stops scheduled by City to City in order to dispatch customers who have chosen timeshare shuttle service. So don’t be in hurry.
 
ABOUT BABY SEAT

Baby seat is to be furnish by parents .We do not furnish them. If asked before arrival, we can rent some for you. It is free of charge (02 maximum) if reserved in an Vip or an Executive Service, but subject to extra charge in Common timeshare shuttle service. Note that any baby seat fixed on an individual seat in the shuttle is subject to full payment of the seat.
